As they expand their portfolio across both private and government sectors, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support our mission of delivering innovative and sustainable solutions in environmental and engineering services.
Position Summary
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management, field teams, and maintaining timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely responses to clients and internal teams.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for on-site projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource availability.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and clients to facilitate clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Maintain organized records and assist with reporting and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support or project coordination (preferably in engineering or environmental services).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-site)
- 40 hours per week
