Key Responsibilities:

Design & Construction

  • Reviews architectural and MEP plans to ensure system efficiency and operational alignment
  • Attends design meetings to resolve conflicts and support sustainability goals
  • Conducts site visits to verify system installation and identify issues early

Net-Zero Energy Operations

  • Implements strategies to achieve and sustain net-zero energy performance
  • Manages HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems with a focus on energy conservation
  • Oversees preventive maintenance programs and regulatory compliance
  • Optimizes building automation systems for comfort and energy savings
  • Tracks equipment lifecycle and plans for timely replacements
  • Ensures adherence to safety, environmental, and sustainability standards
  • Promotes green practices and maintains certifications like LEED
