Insight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide overall management direction for multiple large‑scale commercial and mission‑critical construction projects. This role is responsible for establishing project objectives, maintaining client relationships, overseeing construction and financial performance, and carrying direct profit and loss responsibility for assigned projects.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned construction project manager who excels in complex, high‑dollar environments, can effectively coordinate across preconstruction, field operations, and executive leadership, and is comfortable owning projects from early design through final closeout.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide overall management direction for multiple commercial or mission‑critical construction projects
  • Assess contracts for risk evaluation and provide written input during the estimating phase
  • Review potential subcontractor and supplier lists and participate in subcontractor selection processes
  • Assist Preconstruction leadership in developing detailed scopes of work prior to initial client estimates
  • Collaborate with Project Superintendents to develop and maintain construction schedules
  • Attend and actively participate in preconstruction, owner, and architect design meetings
  • Review construction documents and submit clarification questions to the lead estimator
  • Manage the RFI process and work closely with field leadership throughout construction
  • Oversee all change order activity, including estimating, negotiation, submission, and approval

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience working as a Project Manager on commercial or mission‑critical construction projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at $25M–$100M+
  • Strong understanding of full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction scheduling tools
  • Exposure to Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing Federal construction projects, including USACE, NAVFAC, AFBs, or MILCON programs
