Insight Global is seeking a Delivery Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead end‐to‐end delivery of IT projects, including application development and maintenance support, for one of our clients.

This is a client‐facing, onsite role where the Delivery Manager will act as the primary bridge between customers and offshore delivery teams in India, ensuring successful execution, clear communication, and high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large offshore teams, owning delivery outcomes, and driving complex programs across multiple workstreams.

This person must sit out of Dallas, TX or Melbourne, FL and be willing to be onsite 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end‐to‐end delivery of IT programs including application development, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance/support engagements
  • Serve as the onsite delivery lead at the client location, acting as the primary point of contact between customers and offshore teams in India
  • Manage and coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams, with direct experience overseeing teams of 30+ resources and exposure to delivery organizations of 100+ team members
  • Drive project execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management
  • Translate client requirements into clear delivery plans and ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders
  • Lead governance, status reporting, executive communications, and escalation management
  • Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, SLAs, and client expectations
  • Support and oversee AI‐related initiatives, including exposure to or implementation of AI/ML‐driven solutions within enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with solution architects, engineering leaders, and leadership teams to ensure delivery success and continuous improvement
  • Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep programs on track

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, serving in roles such as Senior Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Program Manager for banking, financial services, or InsurTech/insurance clients

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs

  • Strong background delivering application development and application maintenance/support projects in an IT services environment
  • Proven experience managing onshore and offshore delivery models, with offshore teams based in India
  • Demonstrated success managing large delivery teams (30+ direct or matrixed resources)
  • Experience working onsite at client offices, serving as the delivery and communication bridge between customers and offshore teams
  • Exposure to AI initiatives, including participation in or delivery of AI/ML‐enabled solutions or programs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with client leadership and technical teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Compensation: $120,000 to $140,000 per year annual salary.
