Network Project Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of experience managing classified IT or network infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience leading WAN modernization or SD-WAN deployment initiatives
  • Strong expertise with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), including cost, schedule, and performance tracking
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project (scheduling, resource planning, cost tracking)
  • Experience with Planview Portfolios, Jira, and Confluence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • PMP / CSM / RTE certifications

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is partnering with a leading defense client to support a high‑visibility, mission‑critical initiative. This IT Project Manager will play a key role in driving execution and delivery outcomes across multiple sites nationwide. This person will be critical leading their WAN modernization efforts. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale WAN modernization initiatives, including SD-WAN integration and multi-site network transformation efforts. This role will support high-visibility, classified programs and requires a seasoned PM who can drive execution, enforce project rigor, and deliver results across complex technical environments. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in classified network programs, Earned Value Management (EVMS), and enterprise infrastructure initiatives, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects across their full lifecycle. This position will sit in a hybrid model out of Dallas, TX.

Pay $65-80/hr
