Must-Haves:

  • Project Management experience within Transmission, Electrical Utility, or Power Systems
  • Experience managing large, complex construction or infrastructure projects
  • Proven ability to ramp quickly and perform in a fast-paced, growing project environment
  • Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Cost control and forecasting
  • Stakeholder management (internal & external)
  • Risk management and quality control

Plusses:

  • PMP Certification (strongly preferred)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead one or more intermediate to complex transmission projects in a matrixed environment
  • Manage the full project lifecycle:
  • Initiation
  • Planning
  • Execution
  • Monitoring & control
  • Closeout
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Lead stakeholder meetings and provide detailed project updates
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners
  • Monitor cost, schedule, and performance; reallocate resources as needed
  • Mentor junior PMs and potentially supervise up to 2 direct reports
