Project Manager
Must-Haves:
- Project Management experience within Transmission, Electrical Utility, or Power Systems
- Experience managing large, complex construction or infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to ramp quickly and perform in a fast-paced, growing project environment
- Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Cost control and forecasting
- Stakeholder management (internal & external)
- Risk management and quality control
Plusses:
- PMP Certification (strongly preferred)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead one or more intermediate to complex transmission projects in a matrixed environment
- Manage the full project lifecycle:
- Initiation
- Planning
- Execution
- Monitoring & control
- Closeout
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Lead stakeholder meetings and provide detailed project updates
- Ensure adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners
- Monitor cost, schedule, and performance; reallocate resources as needed
- Mentor junior PMs and potentially supervise up to 2 direct reports
