Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (primarily working remote but occasionally will go into office for team meetings)
Duration: 6 month contract with possible extensions and conversions
Pay Rate: $55-57/hr
Start Date: Feb 9th

Day to Day:
Our large commercial bank is undergoing a major service model redesign, integrating lending servicing and product servicing into a unified customer-first structure. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with deep organizational transformation experience.
This role requires exceptional political savvy, strong stakeholder influence skills, and the ability to deliver executive-ready materials with minimal oversight.
Transformation Delivery
- Lead the redesign of Commercial's service model (roles, workflows, hand-offs, customer journey)
- Drive all workstreams related to:
- Org design
- HR role redesign
- Process mapping
- Workflow management
- Operating model creation
- Coordinate BA outcomes (time studies, capacity models, business cases)
Executive Engagement
- Partner closely with transformation leaders
- Interface with senior leaders across Lending, Portfolio, Product, and Operations
- Manage political dynamics, resistance, and competing priorities
- Facilitate C-suite meetings, alignment discussions, and decision forums
Governance & PM Fundamentals
- Build and maintain the project plan, RAID, dependency maps, and decision logs
- Run working groups, change forums, and program reviews
Change Management & People Impacts
- Support communications and change readiness with HR/Change teams
- Manage role impacts, ownership transitions, and workflow reassignments
- Ensure customer experience and employee experience are central to design
