Title: Project Coordinator

Industry: R etail construction/facilities

Duration: Indefinite contract (long-term, W2)

Pay Range: $35-45/hr

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of project coordination experience
• Experience obtaining and analyzing projects codes
• Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or related
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong communication skills: ability to work cross-functionally with project teams and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

-Review project code requests with project team (confirm store list, scope of work, assets, capital / expense)

-Request and work with accounting to obtain correct WBS codes for projects

-Issue resolution and follow up as needed to maintain 3 day turnaround between request and code issuance

-Maintain code request tracker and reporting

-Guide team on process improvements
