Role Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a client in the architecture and design industry. This individual will lead healthcare and mixed‑use projects from early planning through construction, taking full ownership of project delivery, coordination, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaLProactively resolve design, technical, and coordination challenges

  • Oversee multidisciplinary coordination to ensure project goals, quality, and timelines are met
  • Contribute to firm growth, team collaboration, and community impact

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong emphasis on healthcare projects
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects
  • Working knowledge of:
  • FGI Guidelines
  • Medical gas systems
  • Healthcare design coordination
  • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office
  • Self‑starter with strong:
  • Time management skills
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Commitment to client service and design excellence
  • Motivated to grow professionally and take initiative

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Licensed Architect
