Documentation Management Specialist
***must sit in Charlotte, NC! Looking for someone eager to grow + collaborate in a team environment!***
Location: Charlotte – Hybrid (in office 3 days a week)
Pay: $20/hour
Duration: Contract through end of year (extensions and conversion highly likely)
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university
Data entry experience and other payroll related activities in an automated multi-state payroll environment
Experience reviewing documents and pulling key information/creating a summary
Focused as the volume of work will increase during peak times
Express a good personality, communication, and work ethic – want candidates with a willingness to learn
Client engagement/customer service experience (they will be communicating with internal sales teams and some external clients via phone, email, chat, and in person interactions)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office – especially excel
Transferrable skillsets: customer service, data entry, multi-tasking, working with dual monitors
Day to Day:
This role is part of a team that manages and maximizes TV commercial schedules for major national consumer brands and political candidates and plays a key role in assuring successful client ad campaigns. This position requires strong communication skills, prioritization, and attention to detail, in a fast-paced media sales environment.
Manage financial documents and ensure accurate invoice processing
Prepare and approve invoices, calculate fees, and maintain billing records using accounting software
Generate income projections and reports for leadership; audit customer accounts and issue statements
Apply strong accounting and financial analysis skills while working independently and following organizational standards
Maintain organization across multiple client accounts
Communicate billing concepts clearly to clients and non-financial colleagues
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
