We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This is an in-office position with flexibility to work from home up to one day per week (not fully remote). The APM role is support-based, working alongside Project Managers at a ratio of one APM for every two PMs. You will manage a high volume of projects without full ownership, focusing on administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and input field data into project management systems (Procore, Fieldwire, ACC, Autodesk) to ensure job status visibility.
  • Maintain job folders and provide daily updates.
  • Assemble RFIs and communicate with General Contractors.
  • Review daily field reports, update progress, and generate outstanding task reports.
  • Prepare Statements of Values (SOV) for monthly billing and assist PMs with invoicing.
  • Set up job documentation and possibly assist with procurement tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills; similar to a Project Coordinator role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate documentation.
  • No prior experience in security or commercial construction required—training provided.
