Senior IT Project Manager – Application Development (Hybrid Onsite)

We're looking to hire a Senior IT Project Manager to support a portfolio of future product launches. This role works closely with business and engineering stakeholders, managing initiatives from early discovery through deployment in a complex, highly interdependent environment.

This is a hands-on role that blends senior PM ownership with heavy coordination and administrative work, especially early in the lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Support and manage multiple application development initiatives across the full SDLC
  • Partner with key stakeholders across business and engineering
  • Coordinate work across teams with many moving parts and dependencies
  • Spend ~50% of your time on coordination tasks, including:
  • Consolidating information coming from various communication channels
  • Tracking dependencies, updates, and action items
  • Maintaining project plans, documentation, timelines, and status reporting
  • Transition into more traditional PM execution as initiatives move from discovery into build and launch
  • Track program budgets (no direct budget ownership)
  • Operate in a low‐automation environment using Excel and manual tracking processes

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of PM experience managing application development / IT SDLC projects
  • Recent exposure to product builds
  • Experience leading projects with multiple interdependencies
  • Agile experience
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and coordination skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information
  • Onsite 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Compensation: $65hr to $75hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
