Job Title: Program Manager - Executive Engagement

Location: Burlingame, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

Duration: 6-month contract (possibility to extend a maximum of 24 additional months)

Target Start Date: June 2026

Pay Rate: $45-55/hr

Overview

A Fortune 100 technology company is seeking a Program Manager supporting Global Retail Operations. This individual will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing engagements while driving process improvements and operational efficiency across programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end planning and delivery of executive engagements, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination
  • Support engagements across global locations (primarily Burlingame and London)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment
  • Drive program improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains
  • Contribute to innovation efforts including AI implementation and automation improvements
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices in program and event execution
  • Manage a dynamic engagement cadence (approx. 50–60 engagements annually, with variability week-to-week)
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, event planning, or engagement coordination
  • Experience supporting executive-level or customer-facing engagements
  • Strong background in planning, logistics, and execution of events or programs
  • Excellent attention to detail with a highly organized and meticulous approach to work
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in tech environments or supporting technical organizations

Additional Details

  • Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week (flexibility based on project needs)
  • Must be comfortable working across time zones, including morning calls (approx. 8 AM PST) with London-based teams
  • Flexibility to take early calls remotely when needed
