Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an upcoming software and hardware migration initiative. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and a third-party vendor responsible for IT access, issue resolution, and overall system integration.

Project Overview:

  • Phase I (Deadline: April): Go-live for body-worn cameras, radios, vehicle-mounted cameras, license plate readers, real-time crime platform, and community mapping features integrated with CAD/RMS systems.
  • Phase II (Deadline: June): Full implementation of the digital management system, technology rollout, and training to ensure smooth adoption and bug resolution before complete system transition.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the dedicated Project Manager, maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation using PMI methodologies in a hybrid Waterfall environment.
  • Utilize Censai IQ PM Suite for project tracking and planning.
  • Be onsite for device deployment, user testing, and roll calls; remote work may be possible after initial phases.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Previous experience working with Law Enforcement or Public Safety organizations.
