Production Supervisor

First Shift Production Supervisor JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervisor and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, 20-25 direct reports overseeing hourly general assembly union employees. Will handle day to day operation of vehicle manufacturing, following up on non-conformance and managing cost through scrap reduction initiatives, problem solving issues within the department.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Associates degree
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• 1+ years of supervisor experience - hands on team development experience
• Time management
• Strong people skills and communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
