Job Title – Facility Manager

Location – Downton Boston

Hours - M-F 7-3:30/4, On call 24/7 being technical resource

Perm Rate – 180K 20% Bonus

Start Date – ASAP


Day to Day –

We are seeking a Class A Commercial High-Rise Facilities Supervisor to oversee 24/7 operations and maintenance of building systems. This role supervises a team of 1–3 staff, including an Assistant Facilities Manager, and ensures all equipment is operating efficiently. The supervisor will interface daily with the building owner, supporting capital projects such as cooling tower replacements, while ensuring timely completion of preventative maintenance. The team under this role is responsible for both operational continuity and maintenance execution across the property.

Must Haves –

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility Management
  • Class A high-rise experience
  • Central plant operations
  • HVAC background
  • Building automation experience
  • Experience working with steam systems
  • Leadership skills
  • Water treatment experience

Plusses –

  • Engineering degree
  • Massachusetts HVAC License
  • Certified Energy Manager (Association of Energy Engineers)
