Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This individual will collaborate across estimating, preconstruction, and business development to support company growth and manage multiple projects with a strong understanding of plans, specifications, and systems.

This individual will also oversee all project cost controls including:

  • Writing and managing subcontracts
  • Project billing and cash flow (AP/AR)
  • Change orders and monthly financial reporting
  • Support Project Engineers and Superintendents as needed
  • Prepare estimates for small projects and change orders
  • Create, update, and communicate project schedules (at least weekly)
  • Manage subcontractor contracts, billing, and risk
  • Lead project coordination, deliveries, and site activities
  • Provide leadership to Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Support jobsite safety and participate in the Safety Committee

Qualifications

  • 8+ Years of experience as a project manager
  • An individual who has been onsite at a jobsite and performed the work themself
  • Has worked on projects from $10-$40 million dollars
