The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. This role oversees cross-functional teams, manages project scope, cost, and risk, and serves as the key liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably within HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, or process piping
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks, and drive project execution
  • Proven expertise in project management, cost analysis, budgeting, and risk mitigation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools , with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of safe work practices and quality installations
  • Education:
  • Minimum: High School Diploma + 2-year Business/Technical degree
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Science, Business, or related field
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, CAPM , or similar
