Program Manager
Role Overview:
The Data Center Program Manager (DC PgM) is responsible for end-to-end delivery and coordination of data center infrastructure programs, ensuring execution aligns with scope, schedule, quality, safety, and customer expectations. This role serves as the primary interface between field operations, engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders, driving execution across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Execution
- Own delivery across multiple data center programs and workstreams
- Track progress against SOWs, milestones, and SLAs o Ensure alignment to scope, schedule, and deployment timelines
- Should have experience in critical environment support (Tapbox, low voltage work, PDKs), logistics support, construction management, decommissioning.
Field & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with site leads, supervisors, and technician teams
- Monitor workforce productivity, scheduling, and execution quality
- Ensure alignment between planned vs. actual field delivery
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain program governance, reporting cadence, and dashboards
- Provide visibility into risks, blockers, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with MOPs, SOPs, and safety standards
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive alignment across engineering, TPMs, vendors, and stakeholders
- Manage dependencies across multi-site or global programs
- Support stakeholder communications and escalation management
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks, mitigate issues, and drive timely resolutions
- Escalate blockers impacting schedules, capacity, or delivery
Continuous Improvement
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and delivery eAiciency
- Support onboarding and scaling of new programs
Qualifications Required:
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience in data center, infrastructure, or large-scale deployment environments
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Familiarity with SOW/SLA-driven delivery models
Must have exposure to:
Rack deployment, network infrastructure, or structured cabling
Knowledge of data center environments (power, cooling, hardware lifecycle)
Preferred:
PMP / Agile certification
Experience supporting hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google)
