Hybrid Option: If based near Milpitas, CA or Ann Arbor, MI → 2–3 days onsite

Overview

A leading high‐tech and semiconductor‐focused organization is seeking a Project Manager – Customer Services Applications to support their global Customer Services division. This role will manage multiple simultaneous IT and operational projects spanning dashboards, new processes, system enhancements, and module implementations. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, global environment and can lead cross‐functional initiatives without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage 3–8 concurrent IT/business projects supporting the Customer Services organization.
  • Drive execution on initiatives such as dashboarding, process improvements, system modules, and work‐in‐process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with global cross‐functional teams across the U.S., India, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Oversee project plans, milestones, risk logs, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Utilize platforms such as SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft tools to support project execution.
  • Manage project activities using ClickUp (or similar PM tools like Planner, DevOps, JIRA).
  • Quickly absorb and take over in‐progress projects with minimal ramp‐up time.
  • Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, and global service teams.

Required Skills

  • 3–5+ years of IT Project Management experience (not software development PM).
  • Strong communication, influence-management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Proven ability to lead without direct reports and drive execution across global teams.
  • Experience juggling multiple concurrent projects (3–8 at a time).
  • Background in semiconductor/high-tech environments preferred; banking/logistics acceptable.
  • Familiarity with BI Tools (Power BI preferred) and Microsoft environments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Direct experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high‐tech hardware organizations.
  • Prior use of ClickUp or comparable agile/project tracking tools.
  • Background in customer services systems, operations, or business process optimization.
  • Experience working with offshore/onshore global delivery teams.
