Our client operates as a global investment and management platform, combining the funding and development of renewable energy, energy transition, and sustainable infrastructure projects. With over 20 years in the market, the firm has committed more than €10 billion to the energy transition globally, channeled through multiple investment vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sourcing, screening, and initial assessment of investment opportunities across renewable energy assets (wind, solar, storage, and adjacent sustainable infrastructure)

  • Build and maintain financial models (project finance / SPV-level and corporate-level) to support investment decisions and returns analysis
  • Assist in preparing investment committee papers, deal memos, and supporting materials for partner and Co-Head review
  • Work alongside the technical/development side of the business to help translate project-level operational and construction realities into investment-grade financial analysis
  • Support competitive tender processes and transaction execution for asset and platform acquisitions

Skill Set:

  • 2-3 years' experience in investment banking (M&A or infrastructure/energy coverage), infrastructure/energy private equity, or project finance

  • Renewable energy, energy transition, or infrastructure sector exposure preferred; strong generalist banking/PE candidates also considered
  • Fluent English & Spanish
  • Eager to take on responsibility and grow within a lean, fast-scaling team
