Location: Orlando, FL

Salary: $160,000 - $210,000 base salary, depending on experience. Plus bonus

Job Description:

Our company, a leader in renewable energy solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our solar construction projects based in Orlando, FL. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion within budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
• Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on all project sites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including engineering teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project performance and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business development efforts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in solar construction or renewable energy projects, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in solar construction.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed and valid driver's license required.
