Overview

Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Manager, Climate Performance to support strategic climate measurement, reporting, and governance initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally to analyze climate-related data, develop executive-level reporting, and manage key performance methodologies and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and prepare data for strategic climate metrics
  • Lead quarterly climate performance reporting and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop dashboards, presentations, and briefings for senior executive and Board audiences
  • Manage methodologies and documentation supporting key climate metrics
  • Partner with business stakeholders to measure sector and business performance
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines
  • Support climate, sustainability, and data-related strategy initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in management consulting, financial services, sustainability/cleantech, strategy, or a related environment
  • Strong Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong PowerPoint, executive reporting, and presentation capabilities
  • Demonstrated project management experience managing multiple priorities and tight timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline

Nice to Have

  • Financial services project management experience
  • Knowledge of sustainable finance, financed emissions, or other climate methodologies
  • Climate or sustainability experience
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, AI tools, or executive dashboard development
