Field Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

At Infinity Energy Solutions, our Field Marketing Specialists are the first point of contact in helping homeowners discover the benefits of solar energy. This role focuses on engaging directly with potential customers through community outreach, social media, and referral networks—building genuine connections and setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants. This is a performance-driven opportunity offering mentorship, growth, and leadership development within a fast-growing renewable energy company.

General Accountabilities

• Conduct community-based outreach through door-to-door engagement, social media, and referral marketing to educate homeowners about solar energy solutions.

• Generate qualified appointments for the solar sales team based on homeowner interest and eligibility.

• Represent the Infinity Energy Solutions brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

• Track daily performance metrics and report leads accurately using company-approved tools and apps.

• Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

• Collaborate with field managers and team leads to achieve individual and team goals.

• Maintain a positive, coachable attitude and contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented environment.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or sales experience preferred.

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing a plus (but not required).

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Reliable transportation to and from assigned neighborhoods or field locations.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interaction.
