Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Market Development & Sales professional, based in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, developing new business and sales strategies, and building strong relationships with potential customers and stakeholders. The individual will work closely with the team to align market development objectives with organizational goals, ensure effective customer service, and drive impactful sales growth. Additional opportunities involve contributing to sustainability initiatives and supporting women-led enterprises in accessing mainstream markets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Market Research skills for identifying market trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated Sales expertise and ability to execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in collaboration, problem-solving ability, and results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of sustainable business practices and the ability to work in alignment with Industree’s vision is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in market development, sustainability, or social enterprise is highly desirable.
