Technical Solutions Lead - ClimateTech

Ignite Search is a specialist recruitment company within the Technology & Renewables space, located in Singapore.


We are currently supporting a high-growth enterprise SaaS company in the sustainability technology space, with a strong footprint across APAC. They are looking for a Senior Technical Solutions Lead to own enterprise delivery and pre-sales solutioning across the region.


Responsibilities

  • Take full accountability for custom software delivery engagements, managing timelines, quality, budgets, and client outcomes from kick-off through go-live
  • Act as the primary senior contact for enterprise accounts throughout the project lifecycle, providing structured updates and managing expectations at every stage
  • Work closely with clients to capture and structure technical requirements, then partner with internal engineering teams to drive delivery
  • Develop deep, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders; participate in executive governance forums on behalf of the business
  • Support regional sales teams as the technical lead on complex enterprise opportunities, particularly where customisation or integration is involved
  • Run structured discovery sessions with prospective clients to shape solution designs and produce credible effort estimates
  • Present confidently to senior audiences across listed companies, MNCs, and public-sector entities
  • Support commercial teams in responding to tenders and technical queries, including security and integration assessments
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering stakeholders across multiple time zones to keep bespoke solutions aligned with the core platform direction
  • Coordinate with post-sales and consulting teams to ensure smooth transitions from project delivery into business-as-usual operations


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across enterprise software delivery, solutions consulting, or technical pre-sales, with significant time spent in senior client-facing delivery roles
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, high-value software projects for large enterprise or listed-company clients, from contract through production
  • Commercially fluent technically, comfortable discussing architecture, integrations, and development constraints with both engineers and non-technical executives
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; confident and polished in board-level and C-suite settings
  • Naturally authoritative presence, someone clients instinctively trust to represent the business at the most senior levels
  • Comfortable working in iterative delivery environments and able to spot execution risks before they become escalations
  • Singapore-based with existing right to work; willing to travel across the region as needed
  • Prior exposure to sustainability, ESG, or climate technology is advantageous but not essential
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability standards such as GHG Protocol, TCFD, or CDP is advantageous but not required
