This role will be working from our Glasgow Head Quarters with hybrid and flexible working options available.

The Opportunity

With an ever-growing portfolio of services, we are looking for a proactive and self-starting product manager to join us in bringing the next generation of climate tech to market.

In a fast-paced, changing environment, a Product Manager at IES must have the ability to build products from nothing, where there are no rules, set definitions and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Guide evidence-based product strategy to deliver on business objectives
  • Define, measure and review Product, Team and personal OKR’s
  • Be the central stakeholder in sales, marketing, UX, product engineering and customer success
  • Deliver operational plans i.e. ROI, Growth objectives
  • Effective transparency in communication of objectives, plans and outcomes to both senior management and the business as a whole
  • Mentor colleagues and be a leader in customer centricity

The Candidate

We are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager with the following skills and experience:

  • Be a ruthless in prioritisation and well versed in agile methodology
  • Previous experience managing, specifying and delivering Saas solutions with the ability to communicate effectively to colleagues across the business and to C-Suite
  • The ability to continually deliver product strategies which are aligned with the breakthrough objectives.
  • Ensure customer centricity in everything you do and bring data driven ideas to the table
  • Previous mentoring experience

Desirable:

  • An understanding of the climate sector domains
  • Experience in 3d Modelling Technology in any industry
  • Knowledge of building composition
  • Knowledge of general construction project workflows (RIBA Stages)
  • Experience as Product Manager for web apps
  • A degree in Construction/engineering or science field
