We are looking for an energetic and experienced professional to strengthen our Energy Transition Practice (ET).
As a Manager / Senior Manager in our ET Practice, you will:
- Shape the Future: Lead and support complex energy transition initiatives across sectors and geographies.
- Innovate: Develop innovative strategies and solutions to help clients achieve their clean energy and decarbonisation objectives.
- Collaborate: Work closely with private companies, government bodies, multilateral agencies, and other stakeholders to foster meaningful partnerships and deliver impactful projects.
- Deliver Results: Independently manage projects and ensure timely, high-quality execution while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Research and Advise: Conduct research on renewable energy technologies, economics, policies, regulations, and international case studies to support informed decision-making.
- Drive Business Growth: Support proposal preparation, respond to EOIs/RFQs/RFPs, and contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.
- Inspire: Lead and mentor teams of analysts and consultants while promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
- Lead with Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry discussions, publish insights, and position the organisation as a thought leader in energy transition and clean energy.
What You Bring to the Table
- Deep Sector Expertise: Consulting and research experience across renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, biomass, small hydro, hydrogen, energy storage, and electric vehicles.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of renewable energy integration, technology assessment, electricity markets, policy and regulatory frameworks, and energy analytics.
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of energy transition challenges, market developments, and emerging clean energy technologies.
- Project Management: Proven ability to independently manage assignments with a focus on quality, timelines, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative and practical solutions.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor teams and effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- International Exposure: Experience working with multilateral and bilateral donor-funded programs and international assignments would be an added advantage
Qualifications
Educational Requirement: Mandatory Master's degree
Bachelor's Degree: B.E./B.Tech./B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: 6–10 years of professional experience
