Welding Team Member - HVAC

iAIRE, LLC is a custom HVAC manufacturer that deals with commercial dedicated outside air units and custom HVAC accessories including but not limited to Energy Recovery Ventilators, outside air hoods, economizer controllers, and other custom projects.

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. We offer a friendly, professional working environment, a competitive compensation schedule, and paid holidays and vacation. Position is responsible for installing/soldering pipes, fittings valves, drainage pans, not all duties necessarily listed.

Job Requirements:

· 2+ years Plumbing experience.

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Must be pleasant and personable.

· Comply with Company and OSHA policies.

· Always wear safety equipment

· Possess strong communication skills, both written and oral

· Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new challenges

· Have a working knowledge of Welding equipment and Ability to Set up and operate welding equipment.

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols

· Able to work in a high energy environment.

· Ability to Perform welding tasks using various techniques, weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.

· Ability to fabricate and assemble metal structures and products

· Able to conduct quality inspections to ensure welded parts meet specifications

· Able to use hand tools and power tools to grind, buff, and finish welded surfaces

· Ability to operate machinery such as press brake machines for bending metal

· Ability to adapt in a rapid changing environment

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
