We are looking for a Sales Manager who will handle B2B sales for West & South India, generate new enterprise clients, close large deals, build strong relationships with industrial companies, and drive revenue growth while working closely with internal teams and traveling when needed. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industries like steel, cement, power, or automotive, with strong communication skills, ability to manage senior stakeholders, and interest in sustainability and climate-tech.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage sales for West and South India
- Own enterprise sales cycles from outreach to closure
- Build and expand relationships with key industrial clients
- Define and execute go-to-market and pricing strategy
- Drive revenue growth and account expansion
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams
- Travel to client sites
- 4+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
- Understanding of industrial sectors like steel, cement, power, and automotive
- Proven ability to close large strategic deals and manage CXO-level stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and hustle mindset
- Passion for sustainability and climate-tech
