Youll advise developers, investors, and lenders on complex project financings across the energy transition. The focus is on renewable energy, tax credit monetization, and large-scale infrastructure.

• Experience leading project finance transactions at a top-tier law firm or in-house
• Strong knowledge of energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors
• Experience advising on tax equity and energy transition deals
