An elite platform is hiring for their Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance practice in Los Angeles. They need a Special Counsel or Senior Associate with extensive renewable project finance and tax credit monetization experience.

- Structure tax credit monetization transactions under the IRA for major energy companies
- Advise institutional investors and lenders on complex energy transition deals
- Work with sponsors, infrastructure funds, and banks on sophisticated structured financings
