Position Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Saskatoon, SK

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday

Our Client

Denison Mines is redefining what uranium mining can be. Their projects fuel the world’s demand for clean energy while proving that resource development can be innovative, responsible, and deeply connected to community.

Denison will be the first in Canada to adopt ISR mining for uranium; demonstrating that mining can be cleaner, lower-impact, and more sustainable. They continue to pioneer new technologies, minimize environmental impact and build Indigenous partnerships regarded among the strongest in the industry.

What sets Denison apart is its culture: human, hands-on, hard-working, and high-performing. Leaders know their people, check in often, and roll up their sleeves alongside the team. Employees describe the workplace as welcoming and energetic, with a shared pride in doing things better.

Above all, Denison’s people know their work matters. They are driving climate solutions, advancing projects with integrity, and proving that mining can deliver not just energy; but a better future.

This is your chance to be part of building something new and at the forefront of Canada’s uranium industry; are you ready to lead?

The Opportunity

Denison is building something rare in Canadian mining: a project that isn’t just high value, but high purpose. The Wheeler River Project represents one of the most significant undeveloped uranium assets in the country and the work happening now will shape how it comes to life for decades to come.

As Denison’s Senior Project Manager, you will be at the center of that story. You will bring structure and momentum to complex technical studies, ensuring teams stay aligned, deliverables stay on track, and the path to feasibility stays clear. This isn’t a role where you simply monitor schedules, you will actively drive execution, connect disciplines, and keep progress moving forward.

You’ll lead and integrate study teams across geology, mine planning, processing, infrastructure, engineering design, environmental and permitting, and project economics. You will be the key connector between internal experts and external consultants, ensuring technical workstreams come together into feasibility-level outputs that meet regulatory requirements and support confident investment decisions.

Based in Saskatoon with occasional travel to the Athabasca Basin, this is an opportunity for someone who thrives in high-accountability environments and wants to help deliver a project that matters to Denison, to Canada, and to the future of clean energy.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work collaboratively and are responsible for:

1. Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Serve as project manager for selected mining projects, responsible for scope, budget, schedule, and health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Lead project delivery through front-end loading engineering stage gates to enable procurement and construction planning.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, fostering information sharing, collaboration, and alignment to achieve project objectives.

2. Technical Coordination & Feasibility Execution

  • Lead and integrate technical study teams across geology, engineering, infrastructure, environmental, and economics.
  • Ensure feasibility deliverables meet applicable technical, environmental, and regulatory reporting standards, including NI 43-101.
  • Provide technical and project inputs required to enable permitting, licensing, and environmental assessments.

3. Stakeholder, Contractor & Consultant Management

  • Act as the key coordination point between internal teams and external consultants/contractors.
  • Develop and foster relationships with key service providers, stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
  • Provide contractor oversight and performance management across study and delivery phases.

4. Risk, Governance & Advisory Support

  • Ensure project risks are recorded, evaluated, and appropriately mitigated.
  • Serve as an advisor and mentor to other personnel on project delivery methods, procurement strategies, engineering, construction, health and safety, and environmental protection.
  • Perform other duties as appointed.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
