Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.

  • Schedule and conduct in-home or virtual consultations.

  • Design and present customized solar proposals using our cutting-edge software.

  • Close deals and manage client relationships through installation.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience (preferred but not required we train the right people).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-driven with a winning mindset.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

  • Positive attitude and team player mentality.

Compensation:
