HVAC - Heat Pump Manufacturer Support Role - Indoor Office Job

Industry leading heat pump manufacturer headquartered in Chesapeake, VA, Chiltrix Inc. seeks a skilled HVAC professional for an inside technical service role. You will be providing factory support by phone/email to HVAC professionals across the USA from our main office located in Cavalier Industrial Park. This is an indoor, Monday-Friday, full-time, day-time job using your brain and communications skills. We do not provide or perform field service, this is an indoor position in our offices providing technical assistance and support to HVAC professionals working in the field.

As a solid well established 15 year old manufacturer of AHRI-certified heat pumps and related products, we seek a friendly and helpful inside support professional for the engineering and technical department. This dept. provides phone/email technical and engineering support to outside HVAC contractors, field service technicians, installers, engineers, designers, and users across the USA regarding our various air conditioning and heat pump products. This position requires a working knowledge of HVAC technology and controls, troubleshooting skills, friendly customer relations skills, and good written and oral communications skills. You should have or be able to get EPA 608 certification. Training will be provided to build upon your existing skills and experience. Opportunities for advancement will be provided.
