What you’ll do

  • Generate daily leads from OEM dealerships, charging stations, RWAs and field events
  • Call leads, manage your pipeline and keep your CRM updated daily
  • Pitch Hopcharge subscription plans, handle objections and close sales independently
  • Onboard customers and hand them over smoothly to the service team
  • Run product training sessions for dealership staff
  • Track competitor activity and share market insights with your manager
  • Maintain daily delivery forecasts and weekly reporting

    • Who you are

    • Graduate in any stream
    • 0-3 years in field sales, direct sales or business development (EV, auto, FMCG, fintech or telecom is a plus)
    • Confident communicator who can handle objections and close deals
    • Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced field environment
    • Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Excel and calling platforms
    • Knowledge of EV charging or subscription models is a bonus, not a requirement
