Senior Director, Portfolio Leader- Electrical Power Management
As a Portfolio Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and management of our product portfolio offerings in Electrical Power Management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong market analysis skills, product management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives. You will report directly to our VP/GM Connected Buildings and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact on the company's ability to deliver innovative and technologically advanced electrical power management solutions, enhancing the quality of life for people around the world through efficient and sustainable energy solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for the company's product portfolio in Electrical Power Management, aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities and gaps in the portfolio.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of products within the portfolio, from concept through to end-of-life decisions.
- Lead and manage a team of offering managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive high performance and professional development.
- Incubate new Software Offerings including Electrical Power Monitoring Solution (EPMS), Utility Demand Management & Electrical Equipment Condition Monitoring Solutions

YOU MUST HAVE
- 15+ years of expertise in product management, offering management, or related roles, with a focus on portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
- Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes, tools, and methodologies.
