HoneyBadger Charging US – Seattle, Washington


Honey Badger Charging is a smart electric vehicle charging solution based in Vancouver, British Columbia that is electrifying North American roads and supporting initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and fight climate change.


By joining our team, you will:

Work with Strata Councils, Electrical Contractors, Real Estate Developers, REIT’s, Property Managers, Parking Management Companies and Landlords to search for and evaluate new leads, schedule site visits with potential partners, coordinate the installation of EV chargers with our partnering locations & technicians, foster and maintain long-term relationships and deliver exceptional service that goes beyond customer expectations.


This is a full-time, remote position, based in Seattle, Washington. Both home-office work and on-site work at potential locations is required.


Field Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, property owners, installation partners, and referral partners.
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold outreach, site visits, referrals, and industry events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally in the field, conducting customer meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through project implementation.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are considered an asset.


Sales & Account Management

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Business Development Support, and Leadership teams to position the company's products and services effectively in the marketplace.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals through consistent sales activities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership opportunities for prospective customers and business partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Track pipeline performance, pending proposals, and provide regular updates and reports to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through referrals.
  • Salesforce CRM experience is considered a strong asset.

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years work experience in B2B Sales
  • Experience in related industries (Property Management, Property Development, Commercial/Residential Real Estate, Technology)
  • Cold-calling and outbound sales experience
  • Proven performance driving disciplined revenue growth
  • Completion of an Undergraduate Degree or higher
