Position Overview:
We are seeking ambitious, outgoing Appointment Setters to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, sparking interest in solar energy and roofing solutions and scheduling qualified appointments for our master sales representatives. No prior sales experience required—just a welcoming presence, strong communication skills, confidence, a positive attitude, unbridled grit, and an unwavering determination to succeed. This role pays very well. Compensation is based on performance so earning potential is unlimited. This role is performance-driven and compensation is commission only based on your individual performance.

What You’ll Do:

As the face of HmeWorx, you will go door-to-door in ideal, preselected neighborhoods. You will interact with homeowners, encouraging them to schedule an appointment to meet with a Solar & Roofing Expert. During their appointment, the homeowner will be presented with a free, no obligation proposal for solar and/or roofing which will show them how they can reduce their monthly electricity expense, increase their home value, take control of their electricity generation, and/or install a high quality new roof at exceptionally competitive pricing. Your role is to quickly build trust with the homeowner and set the stage for helping them understand the benefits of choosing HmeWorx for their new roof and solar—superior quality and service, cost savings, clean energy, and energy independence.

• Comfortable working outdoors and handling rejection.
• Door-to-door or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Solar and/or roofing experience is a plus but not required.

• Flexible Schedule - We provide you with the times that are best for maximum responses from door knocking but YOU get to control your own schedule. Work as little or as much as you like.
• Performance-Based Pay - You are compensated for every qualified appointment you generate that purchases or leases solar or roofing. The smarter and harder you work, the more you make! This role is performance-driven and compensation is commission only based on your individual performance.
• • Solar commissions average $3,000 with an upfront advance of $250
