We're seeking an Energy Efficiency Specialist to conduct residential energy assessments, educate customers on energy-saving opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.

Pay: $31.00- $41.00 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-home energy audits and equipment evaluations
  • Analyze energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements
  • Educate customers on energy-saving programs and services
  • Troubleshoot HVAC, insulation, ductwork, and energy management systems
  • Support community outreach events and customer education initiatives
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve customer issues

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with energy audits, HVAC systems, or energy efficiency programs preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel locally to customer locations
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and wear required PPE, including a respirator
