The Logistics Engineer will be responsible for managing the full scope of inbound and outbound logistics for our Dallas facility, including raw materials, battery cells, modules, and finished BESS products. This role requires hands-on logistics expertise, a strong understanding of international trade compliance, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support HiTHIUM's growing Americas operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics Management: Oversee the full logistics lifecycle for raw materials, cells, modules, and finished BESS products at our Dallas facility, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Port Operations & Customs Clearance: Coordinate material transportation and customs clearance upon arrival at U.S. ports of entry, including Los Angeles and Long Beach.
• International Trade Compliance: Manage logistics operations under various Incoterms (DAP, DDP, FCA, FOB, CIF) and apply import customs knowledge to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Outbound Shipment Management: Oversee the outbound shipment of finished BESS products from the Dallas factory to customers and project sites across the Americas.
• Last-Mile Delivery Planning: Support last-mile delivery planning and execution for BESS products across North and South America, with a focus on future expansion into Chile and Peru. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Budget & Cost Management: Manage logistics budgets, control costs, and perform vendor invoice reconciliation to ensure financial accountability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, procurement, sales, and finance teams to align logistics activities with broader business priorities and strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role, preferably within manufacturing or the energy industry.
• Solid working knowledge of international Incoterms (DAP, DDP, FCA, FOB, CIF) and U.S. import customs clearance processes.
• Experience managing logistics for heavy industrial or energy-related products; BESS or battery storage experience a strong plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; experience with ERP or logistics management systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bilingual (Mandarin/English)
• Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural business environment is a plus.
