- Lead project teams and allocate tasks to ensure successful delivery.
- Define project plans, including scope, schedule, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor progress and control project financials, costs, and cash flow.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and services with supply chain teams.
- Act as the primary contact for customers and resolve project issues.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Capture and share lessons learned to improve future projects.
- Drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in engineering and project management functions.
- Strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to travel for short periods as needed.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
