- collaborate with the project teams with clear goals, tasks, and milestones.
- coordinate scope, budget, schedule, and quality to meet customer requirements.
- working with the leading Project Manager, serve as the primary contact for customers and resolve escalations.
- Coordinate resources across factories and service teams for successful delivery.
- Oversee project documentation, risk management, and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
- CAPM certification preferred; ability to obtain Hitachi Energy APM certification within 2 years.
- Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage vendors/subcontractors.
- Experience with SAP, MS Project, and other PM tools.
- Knowledge of transformer manufacturing and North American energy sector is a plus.
