  • Develop capacity plans aligned with business strategy and long‑term roadmaps.
  • Manage daily production activities and adjust schedules to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor KPIs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee production budgets and ensure costs stay within targets.
  • Allocate materials, equipment, and labor to maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with supply chain to maintain inventory and support material flow.
  • Drive process improvements and waste reduction using lean methodologies.
Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and lean principles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in interpreting operational data, KPIs, and financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and levels.
