About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that promote sustainability in cloud computing. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on building scalable, efficient web applications using modern frameworks such as ReactJS, Next.js, and Python. The role involves developing and maintaining APIs, creating full-stack applications, and integrating AI-driven features using tools like Claude Code and Cursor. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data and platform engineers, to develop innovative solutions that surface our cloud sustainability insights to clients. This position allows for hybrid working arrangements, offering flexibility and the chance to be part of a mission-driven organization committed to environmental responsibility.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess: - A minimum of three years of professional experience in full-stack software development. - Proven expertise in JavaScript frameworks, particularly ReactJS and Next.js. - Strong knowledge of Python, with experience in frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask. - Hands-on experience designing and building RESTful and GraphQL APIs. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and infrastructure automation tools like Terraform. - Experience working with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality results on time. - Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities. - A product-minded approach with a focus on user experience and scalable solutions. - Bonus skills include experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, large data pipelines, or a passion for sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain robust APIs that power our cloud sustainability products. - Build and enhance full-stack web applications using React, Next.js, and Python back-end services. - Integrate AI-driven features into our products, utilizing Claude Code and Cursor, and continuously optimize prompts and workflows. - Collaborate with data teams to surface insights through intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. - Improve deployment pipelines and infrastructure management on AWS, leveraging Terraform and other automation tools. - Ship features iteratively, incorporating customer feedback to refine products rapidly. - Work closely with platform and data teams to ensure seamless integration and performance. - Contribute to product design discussions, bringing innovative ideas to complex challenges. - Assist with DevOps tasks and infrastructure automation as needed. - Document technical processes clearly and thoroughly to facilitate team understanding and future development. - Engage in continuous learning and contribute to a collaborative start-up environment committed to sustainability.
