Salesforce ESG Data & Analytics Consultant | Senior


ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


You will support the improvement of ESG data quality, availability, traceability and automation, working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe and Latin America.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


- Support the project manager across ESG data management, reporting readiness and digital transformation activities.

- Analyse ESG data processes and help improve data quality, availability, traceability and automation.

- Work on data-related project activities, including evidence gathering, controls, policies and reporting inputs.

- Translate ESG and sustainability reporting needs into functional and data requirements.

- Support the use or adoption of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud or Sustainability Cloud in the ESG reporting context.

- Prepare clear executive materials and reporting updates for senior governance forums.

- Engage with senior stakeholders across different countries, ensuring alignment, clarity and follow-up.

- Contribute to a structured transition from fragmented ESG data sources to more reliable reporting processes.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in data and analytics, ESG data management or related digital transformation roles.

- Experience with Salesforce, preferably in Net Zero Cloud or Sustainability Cloud contexts.

- Strong understanding of ESG, corporate sustainability and sustainability reporting needs.

- Experience supporting ESG reporting, data readiness or digital transformation projects.

- Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into clear actions.

- Solid understanding of data quality, controls, evidence management and reporting traceability.

- Ability to work with autonomy in a senior project environment.

- Fluent English communication skills.

- Professional working proficiency in Spanish is valued.

- Collaborative, responsible and solution-oriented mindset.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY


Base salary range: EUR 22,000 - EUR 32,000 gross/year

Total compensation: > EUR 40,000/year

The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
