Position: Manager – Renewable Energy & Electrical

Job Summary

The Manager – Renewable Energy & Electrical will be responsible for managing renewable energy initiatives across the organization for multi locations. The role will focus on renewable energy projects, electricity cost optimization, power procurement, solar/renewable installations, electrical infrastructure, energy monitoring and compliance. The position will work closely with plants, finance, procurement and external agencies to ensure reliable power availability, energy efficiency and effective implementation of renewable energy initiatives.

Renewable energy projects executed within approved timelines and budgets.

Renewable energy contribution and power cost savings achieved.

Reduction in overall electricity and energy costs across locations.

Energy efficiency and power optimization initiatives implemented.

Electrical breakdowns, downtime and power-related disruptions minimized.

Solar/open-access/group captive projects monitored for generation and performance.

Electrical statutory, safety and compliance requirements maintained.

CAPEX projects delivered within approved cost, scope and timelines.

Power consumption, energy generation and cost MIS submitted accurately and on time.

Vendor/EPC performance, service quality and project deliverables effectively managed.

Identification and implementation of new renewable energy and energy conservation opportunities.
