Maintenance Technician
THE ROLE
Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on electrical and mechanical systems involving production equipment and plant systems. The position requires experience in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems, a strong working knowledge of PLC and motor controls, and the ability to work from schematics. In addition to computer skills, the position requires organizational and communication skills and the ability to support plant operations. We are seeking a technician experienced in troubleshooting with a preventative and predictive mindset.

What You'll Do
- Work with operations and engineering to maintain, repair and troubleshoot any equipment onsite.
- Root cause problems and take note of actions and time required to diagnose and repair.
- Gather information on machine dependability to influence future iterations.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components
- Work with a CMMS system for work order and equipment tracking
- Build and modify existing equipment as needed
- Support the production team as needed
- Monitor tools and equipment for safe working conditions.
Education / Qualifications / Experience
- Computer Literacy
- Read and Write
- Able to lift 25 pounds
- Maintenance Experience (electrical, mechanical or controls)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical parts
- Root cause analysis
- An eagerness to learn and grow
- CMMS familiarity
- Automated plant experience
- Hard working
