The Role

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to become a core part of our technical team.

You will take ownership of the end to end implementation and deployment of a modern and scalable technology stack. Working closely with the Project Owner, who defines system logic and business frameworks, you will translate this vision into robust and production ready systems.

This role carries a high level of ownership and responsibility, with direct impact on the product and its evolution.


Technical Stack & Requirements:

1. Frontend Excellence

  • Frameworks: Mastery of Next.js 15 and React 19.
  • State & UI: Expertise in Redux Toolkit and Material UI 7.
  • Mapping: Experience with Mapbox GL or Leaflet for geographic data visualization.


2. Backend Mastery

  • Runtime: High proficiency in Node.js 22 and TypeScript.
  • Framework: Experience with Fastify 5.
  • Architecture: Implementation of Clean Architecture patterns (Domain, Application, Interface, Infrastructure layers).
  • Database: Advanced SQL skills with PostgreSQL 15 and Knex.js; caching experience with Redis 7.4.


3. DevOps & Infrastructure (The "Backbone")

  • AWS Services: Experience managing EC2/ECS, RDS, S3, and ElastiCache.
  • Containerization: Knowledge of Docker (multi-stage builds) and Docker Compose.
  • CI/CD: Management of GitHub Actions for staging and production deployments.


4. Integrations & Security

  • Payments: Implementation of Stripe Connect flows and webhook handling.
  • Security: JWT-based auth, 2FA (via Redis), and Google reCAPTCHA v3.


Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Execution: Translate the logic and engineering specs defined by the Project Owner into scalable, clean code.
  • Develop Core Modules: Build and maintain modules including the Marketplace Pricing Engine, Emissions Tracker, and Billing logic.
  • Manage RBAC: Implement strict Role-Based Access Control across various user roles.
  • Lead DevOps: Maintain the AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability and automated staging/production flows.
  • Full Stack Ownership: Manage the end-to-end technical lifecycle—from UI components to AWS configuration.


Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack development
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with a PO to turn engineering requirements into reality.
  • Autonomy: Comfort managing the entire deployment pipeline (Docker, Staging, Production).
