The Role
As our C&I Sales Executive, you'll drive sales of Hedge5's climate and decarbonization solutions to commercial and industrial clients. It's a full-time hybrid role in Bengaluru — a mix of on-site client meetings and work-from-home flexibility. Day to day, you'll identify and qualify prospects, present tailored sustainability solutions, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate contracts to close. You'll partner with internal teams on proposals and business cases, grow accounts through ongoing relationships, and track market trends to strengthen our presence in the C&I segment.
What You Bring
- Strong sales skills — prospecting, consultative selling, and closing C&I deals
- Account management instincts that turn clients into long-term relationships
- An understanding of sustainability, climate action, and decarbonization; ESG experience a plus
- Commercial acumen to build strategies, forecast revenue, and support market expansion
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across stakeholder levels
- Comfort in a Bengaluru hybrid setup, with willingness to travel for client meetings
- Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related — strong industry experience can stand in for formal education
